RECOMMENDED USE:

This is a guide only - there is no set rules when it comes to taking CBD its simply about finding what works for you, this is called your 'sweet spot'.

How much CBD to take is down to the individual, there is no right or wrong way - it really is a personal and individual journey. Everybody's experience is different so what works for your friend may not be the same for you.

To begin with, we recommend going slow and low as this will allow you to get it just right. Building up slowly will allow you to monitor and personalise your progress more effectively until you find what is best for you. Once you have found it, this is where you stay, it may take 1 week or a few weeks.

Start with 1 or 2 drops of oil from the pipette (provided), drop onto or under the tongue (sublingually), and hold it there for at least 90 seconds before swallowing. Do this 2-3 times per day to start. Gradually add more drops after 5-7 days if required.
