SERVING SUGGESTION GUIDE:

How much oil to take varies from person to person, we recommend that you start low with 1-2 drops (not the whole pipette full, one single droplet) of CBD oil. Using the pipette (provided), drop under the tongue (sublingually), and hold it there for at least 90 seconds before swallowing.

2-3 times per day to start, after approx. 5 days if required then add 1 more drop (2-3 x per day) continue to do this until you are happy you've reached the correct amount for you, continue with this amount daily. 

When beginning your CBD journey time and patience is key, every individual is different and it's about finding what feels right for you.
