DOES OCTOBER LEAVE YOU FEELING OVERWHELMED AND OVERWORKED?
October is upon us, which means summer has come to an end.
Some people look forward to the cozy autumn evenings, and look at this time of year, as a time to reset and start again. Whilst for others this can be a stressful time of year - post-summer blues, back to school, back to work, dark evenings, cold weather and the manic Christmas season fast approaching!
There are a few who become motivated to keep going and get lots done, but to others, October can mean feeling overwhelmed and held back, with no motivation for anything. And this can be hard to shake off.
